Client Procedures and Policies
I am delighted to have you as a client. I have been a licensed esthetican for more than a decade. The following policies are needed to serve clients to the best of my ability and make a living at the same time.

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee. You must contact me by email or text. No shows are charged 100% of the service fee and may be discharged from the practice. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a late cancellation fee. This includes cancelling a service during your scheduled appointment. Example: "I don't want my eyebrows done today or I don't have time for a full facial today."

You may be asked to pay a deposit to book appointments. If no payment is received, The Skin Fix may cancel your appointment by email. If a client begins to have a history of rescheduling and or canceling appointments, the client may need to prepay to schedule any future appointments or may be asked to leave the practice.

As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder of your upcoming appointment by email and text a few days prior. However, you are responsible for attending any scheduled appointments you make. If for some reason you do not receive a reminder for the appointment, it does not exclude you from fees associated with my policies.

A ten-minute late grace policy is strictly enforced. If there isn't enough time to perform quality work during your appointment time, you will be expected to pay for the missed service as it is considered a no-show.

Brazilian or Bikini Waxing: These appointments cannot be cancelled last minute because you are menstruating. You must wear a tampon to your appointment.
