A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment in order to avoid a cancellation fee. You must contact me by email or text. No shows are charged 100% of the service fee and won't be able to book again. This policy includes changing your service during your scheduled appointment. Example: "I don't want my eyebrows done today or I don't have time for a full facial today."

You may be asked to pay a deposit to book appointments. You agree to pay within 12 hours of booking appointment, or your appointment may be canceled.

As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder of your upcoming appointment by email and text before your appointment.

Late arrivals may not be able to receive the full service but will still be charged the booked service price. 

Brazilian or Bikini Waxing: These appointments cannot be cancelled last minute for getting your period. You must wear a tampon to your appointment.
